RISE & Empower is our complimentary RISE coaching communities, focused on empowering and encouraging each other to uncover what inspires us to grow.
Each coaching community is facilitated by a certified coach, exposing RISE women to the power of professional coaching and the impact it can have on your personal and professional growth. The hour-long sessions of 8 – 12 women will be led, coached, and facilitated by one of our incredible certified coaches.

Amy Kloefkorn
Amy Kloefkorn leads the College of Business fundraising team at the University of Nebraska Foundation, is a certified professional coach (CPC) through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), and a master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI).
Amy helps empower you to create meaningful and intentional change in their lives by focusing on the impact of our energy and creating win-win opportunities at work, home, and in life. Amy believes in the power of accountability, transparency and abundance.

KRIS PETERSoN
Kris Peterson is a Leadership Coach, Team Culture, Sales, & Communication Trainer, and Speaker. She is also an Executive Program Consultant with The Maxwell Leadership Team, and serves on the President’s Advisory Council. As a coach, Kris believes in empowering people to realize their potential with confidence and influence. She began her coaching career in 2005, as a church coach, helping congregations and pastors to develop their ministries and missions. In the process she realized she needed a better way to teach people how to be leaders. Since then, she has used her training in The Maxwell Leadership Team to help people lead themselves and others more intentionally and discover true significance in their personal and professional lives.

Sarah Collins
Sarah Collins is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and experienced facilitator + speaker. Sarah is dedicated to helping everyone from managers to mothers understand how to utilize strengths to enhance their lives. Serving both local and global organizations, her unique approach helps teams intentionally learn about each other which saves organizations time, money, and energy. Leaders, managers, and young professionals find value in Sarah's enthusiastic and authentic approach that is backed by research, science, and proven strategies.

Meghan Davidson
Dr. Meghan Davidson is a Licensed Psychologist, a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. She has been a faculty member at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in the Counseling Psychology Program for the past 13 years. Having provided counseling, therapy, and coaching to individuals, couples, and groups for over 15 years, Meghan has honed her expertise in the areas of women's health, body image, trauma, relationships, vulnerability, authenticity, and self-compassion.
Meghan has trained with Brené Brown and has developed expertise in trauma-informed yoga. Bridging the domains of psychology and yoga, Meghan works with her clients in a holistic manner, utilizing aspects of mind, body, and spirit to assist individuals enhance their emotional, psychological, and physical health so that they may live their best life.
Meghan's coaching community theme, Stepping into Authenticity, will focus on the following topics:
Choosing to be our truest and authentic selves takes courage and compassion. We will work toward how to practice authenticity and move through the various obstacles that hinder us from stepping into who we truly are. From work cultures, to family dynamics, to friends, we'll work toward being our truest selves.
Bailey Seaton
Bailey Seaton is a certified holistic health coach and personal trainer on a mission to help women reduce inflammation and heal their relationship with food. As a coach, Bailey implements a mindset-first approach to improving one’s physical wellness.
After graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan and starting her coaching business in 2021, Bailey quickly developed a passion for helping women pursue their health goals through 1:1 and group coaching. She helps clients identify the root-cause of their inflammation and understands that there is no one-size fits all approach to improving the health of others. She values functional nutrition, mindset, and movement within her practice, as well as showing empathy and compassion for the various factors that diminish ones’ health. Through working with a variety of clients, Bailey has recognized that you could have the best diet and exercise routine in the world, but if you have failing relationships and are unable to cope with personal stressors, your overall health is being greatly impacted.
Bailey’s coaching community, Mindset Matters, will focus on the following topics:
Root-Cause approach: learn what is causing your body internal stress and understand the source of your inflammation through utilizing the Inflammation Spectrum Assessment.
Stress into strength: explore breathwork, journaling, identifying limiting beliefs, and supporting one another to both embrace and overcome life’s stressors.
Nourishment: understand how food plays a role in not only your physical, but mental health and learn simple tools for transforming your relationship with food.
Movement: find low-impact exercises that work for you, support your body long-term, and decrease stress.
Lori Botz
Lori Botz is a business/life coach, teacher, facilitator and speaker. She loves the world of business and the people who make it all come together. Her vast experience in business combined with a listening presence and masterful questions place her inside her calling.
She’s a graduate from Coachville, “Coach Training” and is certified “Professional Coach” through the International Coaching Federation for coaching mastery. She has over 14 years of experience and 1000’s of hours coaching.
Lori partners with Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Managers, and Professionals in a thought-provoking and creative process. She blends 1:1 coaching, teams/groups, and classes that create Clarity, Ownership, Systems/Processes, Momentum/Growth, and desired Outcomes.

Amanda Fairley is a coach, mentor, speaker, and business owner. Certified in The Working Genius, Real Colors, and Gallup CliftonStrengths. She is a certified Life Purpose coach passionate about seeing others succeed. After spending almost ten years in higher education, Amanda stepped away in order to pursue her passions. She is the Managing Director for Amanda Fairley, LLC, and the Founder and Senior Analyst of PrismXII.

Anh Le, a seasoned educator and success coach in higher education, holds certifications as both a Life Coach and Parent Coach. With a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership, Anh serves as a teacher, mentor, coach and advisor for college students.
Anh’s coaching community, Life Purpose, will focus on the pursuit of Ikigai – the Japanese concept of finding purpose and fulfillment in life.
