2. Stress into strength: explore breathwork, journaling, identifying limiting beliefs, and supporting one another to both embrace and overcome life’s stressors. 

3. Nourishment: understand how food plays a role in not only your physical, but mental health and learn simple tools for transforming your relationship with food. 

4. Movement: find low-impact exercises that work for you, support your body long-term, and decrease stress.

This is an engaging coaching/class designed to coach and teach you how to take “The Coach Approach”.  It expands and gives new perspectives about you and others.  Learn new ways to be inspired and watch others become inspired. Create questions that bring clarity to you and those you lead. Encourage potential, create buy in, feel the energy come back, and hear renewing vision and passions that can bring momentum and growth.
